Return Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since you have received your items, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at shop@isleprovisions.com . If we accept your request, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as fresh fruits, vegetables, frozen seafood, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards/vouchers
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Non-food items

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@isleprovisions.com.


Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@isleprovisions.com.

 

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 28 Riverside Road, Progen Building, #05-01, Singapore 739085.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

EXCEPTIONS/ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED/ REFUNDED

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as fresh produce, fruits, frozen seafood, vegetables etc), Such food products are deemed perishable and could be temperature sensitive. We enforce our product handling processes very strictly and items purchased cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded unless the items were delivered in a damaged condition and discovered by you within 3hours of you receiving said items. In such situations, please get in touch with us immediately on whatsapp on 90672550 with clear photos and detailed description of the damage. Damaged products will be replaced once our customer service team is able to confirm the next delivery. 

Refunds will not be provided in the following instances: 

a) you think that the perishable goods ( eg fruits/food) items do not meet your taste ( aesthetically or otherwise) or expectations ( eg natural occurrence of dots/blemishes, not sweet, juicy enough etc).  Please note that natural products vary tremendously. While we work with trusted partners who do their best to grow/farm the best produce, Nature simply cannot be controlled, nor coded to look and taste in a prescribed manner.

b) you think that the perishable goods do not look the same as the photos shown on the Site.
