Taiwan's first Golden Goose shallot oil. French styled, but locally made in Taiwan entirely. Red shallots from native Taiwan are selected and then hand sliced. Using the skill of the Le Pont, the red shallots are then tossed in oil with the right control of temperature to result in this golden tub of goodness. The attractive color of gold and the scent can be added to noodles, rice soups, and stir fried vegetables. The ancient recipe makes delicious food. Ahh....thats all there is required, to a simple life. Cooking tip : Add a tablespoon when cooking rice! Smells wonderful.
