The majority of our fishes is sustainably wild caught from on the eastern coast of Taiwan or farmed onshore in Southern Taiwan. Both areas are blessed with pristine marine environment, awash with a huge variety of marine life. The fishes are caught, cleaned and degutted in climate controlled conditions at site, flash-frozen and then vacuum packed in the shortest possible time to ensure maximum freshness.
