The majority of our fishes is sustainably wild caught from Hualien on eastern coast of Taiwan or deep-sea farmed from Pingtung on the southern coast of Taiwan. Both areas are blessed with pristine marine environment, awash with a huge variety of marine life. The fishes are caught, cleaned and degutted in climate controlled conditions at site, flash-frozen and then vacuum packed in the shortest possible time to ensure maximum freshness.
