Spend $150 in a single order and we’ll whisk your goodies to you for free! Otherwise, a $18 delivery fee applies.
We deliver all orders in a chiller truck.
Delivery Schedule
Pick a time that suits you best! Here's when we deliver:
Mondays - Fridays: 9am-1pm or 2-6pm
Saturdays: 9am - 1pm.
Need to change the address or delivery time after placing your order? We can do that for a small admin fee of $10. If we need to redeliver , there’s also a $10 charge. Please note that if you don’t accept these charges, we may have to cancel your order—no refunds, unfortunately!
We take the weekends ( Saturday afternoons and Sundays) and public holidays ( including the eve) off just to recharge our tired souls!
Orders with Pre-orders items:
Got a pre-order in your cart? Pre-order items are usually seasonal items and are temperature sensitive. We’ll deliver everything together when your pre-order items arrive in Singapore. We’ll confirm the exact delivery time with you via WhatsApp.
Help us help you....
By having someone at home to receive the orders physically. If we can’t reach you after 5 minutes, we’ll have to leave your order at your doorstep. We can’t be responsible for any loss or spoilage if that happens!
By being patient with us. We try our best to accommodate requests, like a more specific time slot, or to call prior to arrival of the delivery team. But sometimes, life ( or bad weather, or traffic, or human errors) gets in the way. We appreciate your understanding. Gam Xia!! 🙏
No lifts, no climb
This is really rare....but we just want to be thorough.....if your building doesn’t have a lift and your unit is on the 5th floor or higher, we won’t be able to deliver directly to your door. We want to keep our delivery team healthy and happy! Thanks for understanding.
