Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

For clarity, refunds will not be provided in the following instances:
- the perishable goods ( eg fruits/food) items do not meet your taste ( aesthetically or otherwise) or expectations ( eg natural occurrence of dots/blemishes, not sweet, juicy enough etc). Please note that natural products vary tremendously. While we work with trusted partners who do their best to grow/farm the best produce, Nature simply cannot be controlled, nor coded to look and taste in a prescribed manner.
- the perishable goods do not look the same as the photos shown on the Site.
- pre-order/ perishable items. We value the produce from our farmers because of all the hard work that has gone into growing the produce. We place orders with them only upon your order. This way, we minimise the amount of food waste. We seek your understanding on this.
