The cooking method of thick soy sauce in the early rural society was actually like cooking porridge with added fermented soy bean sauce. Some sugar will be added to balance the taste. Just for the sake of beauty in the early days, the white rice will be filtered out to form a pure thick soy sauce. The modern consumer embraces whole foods, so this traditional thick soy sauce has been "modernised" by leaving the rice in the sauce. White rice, weightless, suspended in soy sauce, it is in this way that you can eat such a gentle but very ancient taste. The only one such thick soy sauce in Taiwan!

Yudingshing has been brewing blackbean soy sauce in Taiwan for more than 60 years.
