Product Description

Made from organic soybeans grown in Taiwan and fermented with organic glutinous rice, this fermented tofu is a must have in your pantry. Made by a traditional maker in Nantou, each bottle is filled with cubes of creamy tofu basking in a salty sweet brew. This is umami in bottle.

You can enjoy this versatile sauce with congee, use as a sauce base to braise and marinade meats, stir fry with cabbage, lettuces or add to your hotpot sauce for that extra oomph. Our friends who are fans of this #1 selling item in our shop have told us a secret hack -  spread this on freshly toasted warm baguettes for a surprisingly delicious snack. This version is a tad less spicy, so the kids get to eat this too.

食嶼商行販售的豆腐乳來自南投釀造有機醬油的老字號工廠,是食嶼商行得意暢銷產品之一,有原味豆腐乳、辣味豆腐乳兩種口味。辣味豆腐乳屬於微辣口味,豆腐乳鹹中帶甜,溫順的辣味留在舌頭上,口感綿密濕潤,充滿了釀造香氣。

以本土有機黃豆、有機糙米為底,製成有機豆腐乳,為了全面把關,掌握產品品質,從豆腐開始就是在廠內自製,一路不假他手,嚴格控制品質。

豆腐乳的吃法有很多種,除了最簡單的配粥,用豆腐乳抹饅頭也很好吃。豆腐乳也很適合用來料理。經過發酵的豆腐乳有著豐富的風味,它與燜燴、紅燒的料理方式都很搭,例如醬燒豆腐、紅燒魚、豆乳雞。下方有食譜可參考。 它可以作為沾醬、或是醃肉的醬料。在爆炒蔥蒜的時候加上一小匙,爆香後釋出醬香,更能帶出肉質的甘香風味。熬煮火鍋湯頭時加一點辣味豆腐乳,風味更上一層。
