Only plums, salt, sugar and licorice goes into each bottle of plumy goodness. Very different from other market offerings, you can actually taste the plum in this plum powder. Plum from our farmer friend's farm in Jiayi is plckled with seasalt for 3 months to concentrate the flavours. It is then dehydrated further in low heat to concentrate the flavours even more, before being put through the grind. 
Add direct to fruits, or add to pickling or salads to enhance the flavours of the vegetables. Use this to as a powder rub for your meats to give it the extra ommph.

原料單純,味道樸實,無化學添加物。

詳記梅子粉,真的很單純,只有自然青梅、海鹽、砂糖、甘草粉四樣原料,沒有任何人工色素、甜味劑、防腐劑等化學添加物,與市售梅子粉味道相差很大,梅子味道很明顯,甚至保有梅子天然酸味,可以放心的讓家人使用,不用擔心對身體有負擔。

使用來自嘉義東興梅園的無毒青梅,以海鹽殺青,並放入甕中經過三個月的醃漬,使梅子自然脫水乾燥、風味濃縮。

醃漬後再連籽帶肉一起粉碎,粉碎後再烘乾並進行第二次磨粉。
過篩後加入砂糖粉、甘草粉調味,並再次烘烤讓梅粉內的酸、鹹、香味道更融合。每罐梅子粉都是經過繁複的步驟才產生

開胃的梅子粉可以如何使用呢?
1 -直接灑在水果、炸物上。

2 - 涼拌菜:苦瓜、小黃瓜、甜椒、橄欖等都很對味。洗淨切好之後,撒上梅粉,冷藏至隔日等待入味。

3 - 料理提味用:許多使用梅子入菜的料理,例如梅子苦瓜、梅子蒸排骨等,都可以額外再加一點梅粉,梅粉裡的酸甜味可以讓料理味道更豐富。
