Product Description

Inheriting Grandma’s deft hands at making delicious sauces, Xiangji mixes high-quality ikan bilis with Pingtung specialty fermented blackbean. The end result is mouthfuls of delight! The Ikan Bilis is crunchy but not hard nor bitter. The saltish sauce has a tinge of sweetness and it stands out from what is typically available at the market. Eating directly with rice, or mixed with green pepper, mountain sage, bitter gourd, green beans and other green vegetables, it is a simple, delicious and healthy dish!
