The apple we choose to use is a German cultivar from Nantou, this specific kind of apple has a significant tart taste, the fruit is larger and the flesh is more crunchy than other kinds. Our apple jam has a gorgeously golden color with a chunky texture, and the taste of it strikes the perfect balance of tart and sweet.
