This soy sauce is made from carefully selected Taiwan organic black beans from Manzhou. Due to the difficult terrain with scorching sun and strong winds, the beans thrive in the absence of pests, hence it does not need pesticides to grow. The organic black bean is nutritious and fermented in the absence of sugar so that one can taste the aroma of the beans which is as intoxicating as the fragrant osmanthus.
