Soak up authentic Taiwanese flavours of our fermented black beans ( or what locals call "dao see" / " dao jior“）, made from freshly harvested Manchurian Black Beans. Naturally farmed and chunky, these beans won't crumble or disappear after cooking. Fermented with no preservatives, only salt and sugarcane sugar, you'll taste the pure essence of the beans. Use a spoonful to elevate your steamed fish or tofu, or enjoy on its own for a cheeky snack.

選用當令鮮採之本產自然農法原生種滿州黑豆，豆仔個頭小，但緊實的很，不似一般豆豉熬煮易破碎，
它顆顆分明，完整保留整粒豆的醍醐鮮味。
不含防腐劑，開瓶後必須放入冰箱冷藏，以免腐壞；
無添加味精/甘草/鮮味劑/甜味劑/調味劑，僅使用蔗糖調味。
蒸魚炒菜很好，簡單一匙搭配一方好豆腐吃也好，質對了，怎麼吃都是好的。
