The winds from Hsin Chu created Hsin Chu Rice Vermicilli, with its unique texture. It maintains its stringiness and doesnt become mushy easily. Made with 50% rice flour, this is definitely one of Hsin Chu's best cultural and tastiest exports! Suitable for stir-fry.
