The Founder's favourite taste reminiscent of his time in Central and Southern America - pineapple & coconut. The sweetness and sourness of fully ripened Golden Daimond pineapples are complemented by the thick aromatic richness of coconut milk, and sprinkled with crispy and fresh Macadamia nuts. 10kg of pineapple yields only 3 kg of pureed pineapple! Traditional malt sugar ( made using malt and glutinous rice) has been added as a sweetener, arrowroot powder has been added to give the candy texture ( instead of cornstarch). No preservatives.
