Our tea master carefully oversees the production process, ensuring that the Jinxuan retains its unique milky aroma when brewed. The golden tea soup tastes young and energetic, reminding us of our own youthful times. Jin Xuan is also known as Taiwan Tea No. 12, a type of tea first cultivated by the Taiwan Tea Research and Extension Station in 1981.

山坪頂座落於竹山鎮內兩溪交會的溪谷高地上，環境優美風土宜人，現為台灣知名的專業金 萱茶區。金萱又稱台茶十二號，1981年由台灣茶業改良場培育出的茶樹品種。其品種獨特的牛奶香及果香與金黃色茶湯，在山生有幸輕柔浪菁工序下無暇交融，飲入一口好似回到初衷飛揚的年少時代。
