This series of organic black bean soy sauce has a deeper flavour and is most suited for braising. When opening the bottle , one can smell immediately the fragrance of the aged black beans. Fermented in vats for 10 months before brewing over low heat for 4 hours, the black bean soy sauce taste even more flavourful after cooking. No added flavouring, colour, or preservatives. Gluten Free.
