Product Description
The longan is grown in Tainan Dongshan - Taiwan's most famous region for the longans. Each longan is de-shelled by hand, and smoked in a traditional mud oven over 6 days and 5 nights using the wood from the longan tree. The larger longans are used, resulting in thicker flesh with a good bite. Best eaten on its own, or add to lotus root powder, dessert soups or even savour soups. Useful as a sugar replacement too.

挑選來自龍眼主要產區台南東山的龍眼大果,每一粒,採收到烘焙全程人工手揉脫枝、翻焙、讓龍眼受熱均勻,使用傳統磚造土窯,過程柴燒煙燻,歷經6天5夜不停火的土窯柴燒,果肉厚實而甜蜜,更帶股淡淡龍眼木的煙燻味餘韻。
土窯柴焙龍眼乾香氣迷人,直接作為點心零食用、去殼後連籽一起沖茶用、或是在料理中取代糖、加入湯品中提味,皆適宜且好吃!
