Product Description
Threadfin, or "Ngor her" or Balai in Singapore, is popular with the old and young because of its nutrition and fine meat texture. In Taiwan, it's popular to brine the Threadfin in 5% salt water and then dry age it in controlled condition. This process firms the flesh and adds a certain sweetness to it.
Flash frozen at site, just pat dry and pan fry or bake for a delicious meal.
