Our plums come straight from our farmer friend's farm in Chiayi and are carefully pickled with sea salt for three months to intensify the natural flavours. The plums are then dehydrated at a low temperature to further enhance the flavour before being expertly ground into a fine powder.

This versatile powder can be added directly to fruits, pickling or salads to intensify the flavour of your dishes. You can even use it as a powder rub for your meats to give them that extra oomph. With our plum powder, you can elevate any meal and add a burst of flavour to your favourite dishes.

原料單純,味道樸實,無化學添加物。

詳記梅子粉,真的很單純,只有自然青梅、海鹽、砂糖、甘草粉四樣原料,沒有任何人工色素、甜味劑、防腐劑等化學添加物,與市售梅子粉味道相差很大,梅子味道很明顯,甚至保有梅子天然酸味,可以放心的讓家人使用,不用擔心對身體有負擔。

使用來自嘉義東興梅園的無毒青梅,以海鹽殺青,並放入甕中經過三個月的醃漬,使梅子自然脫水乾燥、風味濃縮。

醃漬後再連籽帶肉一起粉碎,粉碎後再烘乾並進行第二次磨粉。
過篩後加入砂糖粉、甘草粉調味,並再次烘烤讓梅粉內的酸、鹹、香味道更融合。每罐梅子粉都是經過繁複的步驟才產生

開胃的梅子粉可以如何使用呢?
1 -直接灑在水果、炸物上。

2 - 涼拌菜:苦瓜、小黃瓜、甜椒、橄欖等都很對味。洗淨切好之後,撒上梅粉,冷藏至隔日等待入味。

3 - 料理提味用:許多使用梅子入菜的料理,例如梅子苦瓜、梅子蒸排骨等,都可以額外再加一點梅粉,梅粉裡的酸甜味可以讓料理味道更豐富。
