Our Whitebait XO sauce is a Grandpa’s favourite. Xiangji uses nutritents packed whitebait instead of the dried scallops in their age-old version of the XO Sauce - giving the sauce a firmer bite and texture. Garlic, chilli are added for the ommph, sugar and pepper for seasoning. Definitely packs a punch compared to the generic ones found in the supermarkets. This sauce brings a whole new dimension of tastes to your family favourite dishes like egg omelette, stir fried vegestables, seafood fried rice etc. Secret hack: Eat this on its own or with crackers. Just remember to share the small plate and not hoard!
