Mahi-Mahi, also known as dolpinfish ( no! its not a dolphin) is a carnivorous fish that thrives in the Pacific, and Atlantic Oceans. Chefs around the world love it because the firm texture and its mild flavour makes the fish easy to cook in just about any way - grilling, pan-frying with sauce, battered and fried etc.
This Mahi-mahi is wild caught in Hualien by our friends from Fishbar and frozen at site to ensure maximum freshness. Only larger fishes of at least 1m in length are fished. Read about them here.
Care has been taken to remove the bones, but some may still remain. Please exercise caution when eating.
