「清香號－純手工沙茶醬」，嚴選花生、芝麻、大蒜、辣椒、扁魚、蝦米、椰子粉、香蔥…等多達18種食材製作而成；除了風味道地的馬來西亞椰子粉之外，其餘皆為台灣本產在地食材，嚴格篩選優質食材、產地直送，且不添加味精、防腐劑等化學添加物，才能創造出如此濃烈誘人香氣！
製作過程完全仰賴人工，需先將各類食材分別進行剁碎、油炸、曝曬、研磨…等工序，再加入獨家配方辛料， 長時間細火煸炒，使奔放複雜的多元香氣逐步融合一體後，才告完成！
滋味上，有別於市面上多數以黃豆粉、蝦殼或香精製作的沙茶醬，清香號沙茶醬的香氣天然濃醇，口感細緻柔順不扎舌，尤其是鹹香微辛的絕妙滋味，不論用來烹煮沙茶火鍋、沙茶炒牛肉、沙茶炒芹菜花枝…等各種台式口味家常菜，或是炒飯、拌麵等，皆是美味動人，絕對讓人脾胃大開！
