Product Description

This variety of rock melon is exclusively cultivated by dedicated Taiwanese farmers and remains unavailable outside of Taiwan. These farmers adopt a meticulous approach of allowing only one fruit to grow per vine, concentrating the flavours of each season into that singular fruit. Moreover, the provincial Chiayi Government plays a vital role in maintaining the quality of the fruits - the farms are subject to two rounds of chemical residue tests, and the fruits need to have beautiful green veins -  before the farmers are granted the privilege to affix their fruits with the official Aurora Rock Melon sticker, each bearing a unique serial number as a mark of authenticity!
