Product Description

Seabass is popular for its nutrition and mild flavour. In Taiwan, its commonly called the "Post Operation" fish because of its Vitamin A, B complex, D and protein. The mild flavour of the fish allows it to be cooked in many different ways, oil blanched and then steamed, deep fried etc.  This Seabass is processed at site, flash frozen and then vacuum sealed for maximum freshness.  

Ideal for seniors and children alike, our seabass boasts dense nutrients to nourish and delight.
