Taiwan Jade Pomelo (Wendan, they call it) is a different variety from those Thai or Ipoh pomelos that are commonly found in the local wet market. The Wendan is smaller and resembles the shape of a tear drop. Apart from its unique fragrance, its pulp is more finely packed together and is full of juice. Take a break from your usual citrus fruits and opt for this citrus thats full of Vitamin C and calcium.

小知識！文旦跟柚子的不一樣之處，在於文旦比較小而且頭是尖的，有點類似葫蘆的形狀；而柚子相較之下大了些，肉質顆粒也比較大。不僅兩者外表有差別，其果肉口感，一般文旦比較香甜、微酸細膩，營養價值都很高，具有豐富的維生素C、鈣質。
